How Vector 9 Software protects confidentiality, client integrity, and operational data.
Vector 9 Software, Lda, an entity incorporated under the laws of Portugal with its principal place of operations in Leiria, Portugal (hereinafter "Vector 9 Software", "we", "us"), is the Data Controller responsible for your personal information under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and European Union data protection standards.
Given our specialization in defense-grade aviation tools (FlightSQN) and mission-critical enterprise systems (V9 Enterprise), data sovereignty, confidentiality, and host-resident local data architecture are foundational to our operations.
A. Technical Discovery & B2B Inquiries: When you submit a discovery inquiry via our contact interfaces, we collect your name, organizational email address, organization or unit name, and submitted project details. This information is used strictly to respond to your inquiry and evaluate bilateral project fit.
B. Zero Behavioral Tracking: We operate with zero third-party tracking pixels, zero behavioral cookies, and zero external ad network trackers. Any web telemetry is aggregated, anonymized, and processed strictly to ensure system performance and server reliability.
C. Ephemeral Connection Logs: When connecting over secure HTTPS to our services, your IP address is processed temporarily as required by networking protocols. Connection logs are maintained solely for DDoS mitigation and are purged on standard operational rotation.
Vector 9 Software never sells, leases, trades, or distributes client contact data, organizational designations, or operational parameters to any third-party commercial entity.
For military units, aerospace operators, and enterprise partners, we routinely execute bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to detailed architecture discovery or system audits.
Inquiry data received through our discovery portal is stored within access-controlled, encrypted infrastructures adhering to modern cryptographic standards. Records are retained strictly as long as necessary to facilitate technical correspondence or comply with legal obligations.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to its processing.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact our data desk directly at: contact@v9software.com.
